The words made her heart flutter and she nodded at his words. She would try to remember that when he wasn’t himself and calling her names like ‘fat cow’ or ‘beached whale’; it would be good to have the real words from his heart in her mind to get her through the tough times. She prayed that he didn’t turn in the middle of their lovemaking that night as he had before in the past. “That means a lot to me.” She stroked his cheek and laughed at his words.  “Someone has a big ego. It’s okay though, you deserve it.” Madison pressed closer to the man that she loved and lifted her head to kiss his lips. 

Axel smiled at her and kissed her back gently. “Such a beauty…how did I ever get so lucky to have you in my arms right now?” He asked with another smiled as he kissed her cheek and put his hands on her belly. Axel grinned and nuzzled her neck before pulling her back into his lap once more and just hugging her gently, glad to be in her presence. “I have a big ego because look how my work helps to show off those wonderful curse you have and that beautiful pale skin.”
