Tyler wasn’t bloodthirsty like this guy seemed to be. Another vampire who outlived his usefulness as soon as hit human life ended. 

When the guy got too close, Tyler acted on instinct and attacked.

Axel tilted his head as he looked at Tyler and smirked. “Oh but you do have vampire friends. Is Caroline Forbes not your friend?  I highly doubt those idiotic brothers are your friend but Caroline seems nice, sweet…..perhaps a little too tightly wound but I am sure you would miss her if she was gone.” He smirked before slightly moving back, dodging the attack from the werewolf. 

“Now that was not very nice. I know you have killed because that is how your kind turn into monsters. So I shall ask you one last time Tyler, how many people have you killed?” Axel asked as he moved closer again to Tyler and went to grab his hand to stop the werewolf should he decide to attack again.
