She devoured each spoonful he gave her so fast that she almost choked. She just wanted to get as much as she could before he changed his mind and took it away from her. Madison was so used to the monster that Axel was that she was thinking he was just playing another trick on her; she didn’t even realize that he had another side to him. “I don’t have anywhere for you to take me…just…I don’t know dump me at a hotel. A nice one.” It was the first time she had sounded like her old self in a long time. She just didn’t want to be there with him and if he was willing to take her away Madison was going to take him up on it. She dressed in the clothes and curled up in the bed that was the most comfortable thing she had felt in weeks. Madison was not used to sleeping on anything but the best mattresses and now she was grateful for just the simplest pleasures. “Okay…when will you take me somewhere else?” She asked him as she watched him in the doorway.
He smiled as she ate everything and climbing into the bed. “I will take you to the best one and pay for you to be there for a month, or until you are ready to go on your way.” Axel whispered as he moved away from the bed and to the doorway taking one pillow with him. “I can take you now if you really wanted or you could wait till tomorrow morning, i’ll make breakfast if you wait till tomorrow.” He told her as he smiled and stayed in the doorway for a moment.
