It was a nice thought to think that love was enough to battle a clinical illness but she knew it wasn’t and they really had to start thinking about finding Axel some help. She wanted to talk to him about it but she was afraid it would trigger him and she didn’t want that during such a happy moment. There was no moment that was perfect for bringing up such a thing so she decided to just get it out of the way and hope for the best. “Yes, I should be. I’m working on that. I promise.” Madison tried to eat as much as she could on Axel’s good days to make up for the few bad ones he had here and there. “Listen I wanted to talk to you about something…” She let him pull her on to his lap and smiled at the gentle affection he was giving her. She really hoped she wouldn’t ruin the moment by talking about getting him treatment.
He held her close to him, take in her scent. She smelt clean and she looked it too, it had been a while since his last bad day so Maddie had been able to eat, sleep and bathe as she normally would. Axel looked at her as she spoke his hand still on her belly. “Whats up?” He asked curiously as her tone made it sound like something might not be okay. he kissed her cheek and smiled though. “You know we can talk about anything.”
