Brent shouldn’t be this excited for the other’s prince’s arrival. Clearly it was because he needed everything to be perfect, because it was the matter of his sister’s union. He met the man before in the other’s kingdom, where he was treated kindly from the start and almost felt pampered from head to toe. That only made him want everything to not have a single fault, continuously speaking to the guards and servants on what the expectations were. Whether Brent knew it or not, he cane come off as rather intimidating. Even when he wasn’t intending to.
In fact, he was so distracted that he guest already arrived, and was settling in his room. Brent was busy making one final visit to each room, until he accidentally walked in on a sight that made his jaw drop. How preposterous, Brent should not even react that way. It was a man, of course, he should have that reaction if he were to come across a nude female, but even then he was not blind to beauty and realized that he was staring far too long for it to be a mere accident.
“My apologies,” he spoke before shutting the door behind, continuing to stand there. Panic rose. Why had no one informed him of Axel’s arrival?!
Axel had looked forward to arriving in the others kingdom, he and the princess of the kingdom were to be married and would bring the two kingdoms together, making peace between the two.
As he arrived at the palace he was escorted to what would be his room during his stay before the marriage, he was told that the family would informed of his arrival but as his door was opened and Brent came in he blushed red as the other had caught him undressing for a bath. “Uh…It is quite alright!” He called out to him as he climbed into the hot water.
