&&. he was right. very right. it was a wide, bright, smile. one that put the sun to shame.
❝ well, maybe so. ❞
god he was everything she could hope for. kayla laughed quietly, pushing herself to her toes with lips sealed to his own.
As soon as he saw the wide smile he grinned and kissed her cheek lightly, before pressing his lips against her when she stood on her toes to kiss him. “Maybe so? Admit I was right.” Axel laughed as he picked her up gently to that her legs were wrapped around his waist.
Send me 🔪 to put a knife to my muse’s throat and see how they react.
Axel raised an eyebrow as he looked at Kayla and then to the knife at his throat, he used a finger to move it away before smiling at her. “This is not the sort of surprise I like.” Axel laughed.
the smallest traces of a pout cross over her features as he moves her hand, though it doesn’t stay for long. cobalt hues find his own with a low hum, gently kissing his chin. ❝ jus’ a li’l. ❞ kayla’s nose wrinkles with the light kiss, kissing along his jaw again.
“Only just a little?” He questioned as he smiled and kissed the top of her hard lightly. “I was sure it would bring the most widest of smiles to that beautiful face of yours.” Axel told her smiling as he slowly undid her top.
it was a little unusual for kayla to act like this. but she had missed her vampire. she had missed him &&. more. cobalt hues find his with a small smile &&. laugh, kissing him back. ❝ mm, da. just a li’l. ❞
He smirked and moved her hand away from his crotch before slipping it into his pants. “This might be better than over my clothes.” Axel told her as he kissed her nose lightly.
the smile is slow to grow across her cheeks, the laugh even slower. ❝ she’s nice. real nice. sweet even. n’ really pretty, but not my type. irish red-head. stereotypical, yes, but she is sweet n’ pretty, n’ nice. ❞ another small laugh. ❝ have ya; tried animal blood? i heard tha’ it helps sometime. ‘m sorry tha’ it doesn’t go away at all. wish tha’ there is somethin’ tha’ i can do about it. ❞ slowly diverts her attention to him. ❝ painful is never good. no matter wha’. ❞
He laughed as she described her roommate. “Sounds like a handful to be honest.” He sipped his drink and looked over at her at the mention of animal blood. “That is quite gross and it doesnt give you the needed….uh….It just doesnt have the same things Human blood does. No need to be sorry about something you cant change. Vampires are kinda cursed.” He laughed and shook his head. “Its not but I guess its the price you pay for wanting to be immortal. Not that everyone who gets turned wants it.”
He giggled as he felt Kay’s hand between his legs, he turned around and looked at her. “Why hello there.” He smirked as he kissed her cheek. “You feeling a little frisky?”
❝ well, s’not even so much tha’ i dunno ‘bout this stuff. i have a, fer lack o’a better word, roommate tha’s one o’ya’. i know li’l ‘bout it. no’ lot, but a li’l. ❞ she laughed quietly, smiling back at him. ❝ i appreciate it. i really do. so uhm…wha’… wha’s it like? the thirst or even jus’ the change? i ‘onestly don’ wanna overstep any lines, really. so if i do, jus’ lemme know or no’ answer at all. ❞
He laughed and shook his head at her. “SO whats your roommate like?” HE asked with a smirk. “The thirst depending on a few things isnt too bad. I keep mine at bay, I only drink blood bags and drinking tea. For others its like an itch at the back of your throat that you cant ever make go away.” He explained. “…The change….its.. painful to say the least.”
the witch wasn’t meaning to overstep any sort of boundary with asking about his turning, but she was curious. sometimes the curiosity won out for her. gabrielle looks up at him with a soft sigh, chewing her lower lip between her teeth. ❝ i didn’ mean t’bother ya’ with askin’ n’ m’sorry if i did, jus’ curious was all. ❞ faint smile, trying to mend lose ends in case she said or did something wrong.
“No boundaries have been over stepped, I understand the need to ask questions about it, its not every day you have a vampire sitting down and having tea with you.” He laughed as he smiled at her. “Ask away…I do not mind.” Axel told her as he sipped from his cup of tea.
