“I know I have to be commited”she rolled her eyes” You are not my family…I hope because if not we could not be…Dating…I do not like to date my family even if it is like a distant uncle
“I would be a very distant Uncle if I was related to you.” He laughed as he handed her plate with eggs on it. “But I’m glad im not your family or this could be weird.” Axel laughed as he started to eat.
“Believe me…I know how to do my job…I won’t get target”she smiled and nodded as he pulled her closer”What do you want to talk about?”
“Anything as long as it isnt doom and gloom.” He said smiling before kissing her cheek softly. “Tell me about you and what you do outside of that stuffy job you have.”
Axel growled as he grabbed Lena by the throat and slammed her against the wall, his hand tightening around her throat as his eyes turned black and his fangs extended. “You should have run.”
Lena coughed and touched her neck as he let her go. She looked up and crowled back raising her hand to keep the vampire back”Did you feed?”
He looked at her in shock as she crawled away from him, keeping her hands up to stop him from trying to help mend what he had just done to her. “I..uh…Yeah…..Last night I did.” That was all he normally need, just a little bit before going to bed.
“Any language is easy”she smiled and rolled her eyes” Well stop remembering me you could be my great great grreat great grandfather…Will you? “
“Hmm..but you have to be committed to learning otherwise then it becomes harder.” He told her as he took the eggs off the heat and came back in the room with them. “Maybe I am, I am 459 after all. You would have to be from my sisters line and not mine though, I didnt have any kids….so at most im like that weird uncle no ones talks about.”
“That is so cute…”she smiled at his kiss” Will you teach me Swedish? “she laid back in bed as he went to check on the eggs” Do not burn them”
“I can, but it will take awhile to learn, its not easy.” He laughed as she told him not to burn the eggs. “I have been cooking before you were even born, I can make sure eggs dont burn Lena.” He smirked back at her.
Axel growled as he grabbed Lena by the throat and slammed her against the wall, his hand tightening around her throat as his eyes turned black and his fangs extended. “You should have run.”
Lena scratched his wrist. She knew it would not help her get out of there. “I…”she whispered. SHe was starting to feel light headed. She was sure she would collapse soon “ Please… No…One…Will…Hurt…You”
As she spoke his grip loosened and his eyes went back to their normal green rather than the black they had been moments before, he let go out her neck and stared at her. “Im….IM …sorry Lena…I didnt mean to.” He whispered to her,
“Do not be sorry… THey did not target me…Not yet…”she whispered”And he died doing something he was happy about it… Saving your kind”she sighed. She did not like talking about her friend. “
“This might make them target you.” He said softly as he shook his head and lay down, looking up at her. “Lets change the subject.” He laughed as he grabbed her arm and pulled her close to him.

Lena had not expected the vampire to attack her but when she tried to react it was too late. Her hand grabbed his wrist, nails digging “Axe…” It was getting difficult to breath"Please
He was not acting like himself as he held her against the wall, something her employers had done while he had been at their lab had messed with him and was causing him to not see the woman who had helped him. “Please what? You are begging for me to let you go? WEll that wont work.” He hissed.
Lena looked at him “Min Kara? What language is that?”she asked curious as she sat on the bed covering herself with the bed sheets”
“Swedish, it means my dear.” He explained as he heard her move. Axel grinned and moved over to her again kissing her nose. “I can teach you if you want.” He whispered before going back to the eggs making sure they didnt burn.
