He face stung from her hit to the face but he just stood there looking at her, not reacting or flinching when she raised her hand a second time. He had clearly pissed her off and he was ready to face upto what she wanted to do to him. “Go ahead.” Axel told her softly.
41: My muse shows up on your muse’s doorstep after several months of being missing, with no memory of the past few years.
He had been stumbling around looking for something that looked familiar but nothing so far had, he shook his head and knocked on the first door he came to hoping that it would someone who knew him that answered it in hopes that they could give him some answers as to where he was. “Uh…Hello.” He said awkwardly as the door opened.
He laughed and shook his head as he held his side, blood pooling in his hand. “I’ll be fine, tis but a scratch I swear.” He chuckled and coughed a bit of blood as he looked over at her.
“I know nothing of the real world?? How dare you assume that! I have been around a lot longer than you little lady and I have seen things that would make your skin crawl.” He hissed at her.
“—F I N E, I guess that’s a
fair enough reason not to call. —Well clearly you didn’t know loud enough, or
I would’ve heard you.” The other’s smirk is just aggravating
her even more than before; like she was going to admit to being scared by
something so minor. “—Yeah, well, WHATEVER.”
He laughed and smiled at her. “Cant admit it, geez! I thought you were a little bigger than that Claire.” Axel smirked as he reached out and ruffled her hair. “Alright, I am sorry I scared you.”
Axel cried out as the blade stabbed into his shoulder, poking out of his chest as it was rammed in further by who he thought was his friend. As he turned to face Claire. “Why??” He questioned as he looked at the blade that was sticking out of him.
“My preferred weather? I would have to say a rainy day or a nice cold day where I can curl up in front of the fire with hot chocolate and marshmellows.”
“And you didn’t think, ‘hey,
maybe I should call first, or m a y b e I should use the front door?’ —God.” She’s trying to play it off like he
hadn’t caught her off guard, but there’s no covering that up. “—You DIDN’T scare me, you just— caught me o f f g u a r d.”
“Well no…I get bad reception out where I am so I thought it would be easier to just come here and see you….and I tried the front door, you didnt answer.” HE smirked at her as she tried to play it off as that he caught her off guard. “Nope….I scared you.” He grinned.
“JESUS!” She’s jumping
slightly as the other comes into view, although there’s a slight relief when she catches a glimpse of the
familiar face; things had been getting a little too horror movie for her
liking. “What the HELL are you doing out here?”
Axel grinned as he shone the light under his chin when she jumped at the sight of him. “I dunno…Was a little bored, thought I would come and see you….Didn’t expect to scare you thought, that was just a bonus.”
