“Is that what you do?” It was like he had tuned the vampire out completely. “Spend your time, goin’ around to change people’s minds so they think like you? All them years.” He pursed his lips, head shaking once or twice. “Guess you’re bored as hell by now.”
Custer was curious. He’d love to pick this one’s brain. Listen to how everything was over the years. Not like how grandma told it, but how a young man would see things. Of course, that wasn’t an option. “I suggest you find your way out.”
“Not all of my time, I only do it when I come across someone who is a little close minded when it comes to certain things, like you and your stance on gays and vampires.” Axel explained. “You are right though, I am bored as hell which is one of the reason why I am here in this small hick town talking to a small hick town preacher.”
“So now you are kicking me out of this church because you can not answer the questions I put forth to you? Or is it because I am an abomination that should not even be able to step foot in here without bursting into flames from gods wrath?”
