Axel and Asche

The young boy nodded against Axel’s chest, sighing heavily. “’m so sorry.” He whispered. “Can I fix it?” He whispered, still, but looked up to meet Axel’s eyes. “How… how can I make you trust me again?”

“As I told you just do not leave again Asche and I will trust you. The fact that you keep leaving only to turn up a few months later makes me not trust you.” Axel told him softly, he didnt want the other to think he was mad at him because he wasnt, he as just disappointing that he kept leaving.

Asche nodded his head. He realized he’d been silly, but after he left, he was too embarrassed to return. It was only after he had been attacked that he swallowed his pride and asked to come home.
“Never. P-promise.” He sighed, mimicking Axel’s mood.
“Can… can I please hug you?” The words were whispered and his eyes downcast as he spoke them.

He turned and looked at him, sighing softly before moving over to him and putting his arms around the other and hugging him gently. “Asche, you have to stop running from things. I dont know why you you keep thinking that you are a bother to me. If that was the case I wouldnt have brought you home that night.” The vampire pointed out to the smaller male.

Asche nodded, fervently promising never to leave again… “I… I didn’t want to bother you anymore.” The words were whispered, but still he looked up to meet Axel’s eyes. “’m sorry.”

He pulled back and turned his face, not wanting Axel to see his embarrassment.

“I have looked after you for this long that you are not bothering me….I have told you that Asche.” He said sighing before he turned the jug on and got two mugs out, he would have a cup of tea and he knew that Asche would have hot chocolate with marshmellows. “Its fine, just dont do it again.” He said softly.

Axel and Asche

@aisforasche:

When Axel said that he missed Asche, too, Asche could no longer contain himself. Instead of sitting, he threw his arms around Axel and held tightly. “’m so sorry.” He whispered as he felt the tears flow down his cheeks.

He turned around and gently wiped his tears away. “Its okay, just dont do it again or my door will be locked for you, I wont let you back in.” He said softly, he wasnt sure he could handle it again if the other left. “I mean it Asche. DO not just up and leave again.”

Axel and Asche

@aisforasche:

Why wasn’t Axel saying anything? Asche frowned, knowing that Axel would probably hate him forever because of this.
Still, when Axel opened the door to let Asche in, he felt relieved. “I missed you.” Asche whispered as he followed Axel into the house. He wanted to explain himself. He wanted to tell Axel why he had done what he did, but he wasn’t sure that any explanation would be welcome.

THe vampire was annoyed at the other for leaving but he wasn’t going to shun him, he would be allowed back in the house and he would be allowed to stay as he knew he had no where else to go. “I missed you too.” He told Asche as he grabbed two mugs and put a tea bag in each. He motioned for Asche to sit while they waited for the water to boil.

Axel and Asche

@aisforasche:

Asche fidgeted as he waited for what seemed like forever. Every possible scenario ran through his head. Would Axel even be in there? If he was, would he be happy to see Asche, or would he turn him away?

When the door opened, Asche kept his eyes to the ground. “Hi.” He whispered, unsure of what else to say.

He raised an eyebrow as the other said nothing and just stood there, he opened the door wider so Asche could walk in, he would wait for him to say more before he did.

Axel knew Asche knew that he would not be very happy as the other had just up and left one night, he moved into the kitchen and put the kettle on.

Axel and Asche

@aisforasche:

Asche walked up to the door, quiet as a mouse. He hesitated for a moment, taking in a deep breath before he knocked. He barely let his knuckles tap the door, fearing the greeting.

It had been months since he’d left, without a word. He didn’t tell Axel where he was going. Of course, he hadn’t really known his plans before he left. He just left. He walked.

Coming back – coming home to Axel – was terrifying. But he had no where else to go.

And he missed Axel more than anything.

Axel yawned and got out of bed, it was a little early in the morning for him and he had to quickly pull some of the blinds closed as he made his way to the front door. “Yeah, yeah…Im coming. Hold on.” He mumbled as he opened the front door.

He was shocked to see Asche standing there, as he had been sure he would not see the other again since he had left without a word months ago.
