“Scouts Honor,” Anita held up three fingers in a salute. “I don’t plan on sitting around while he destroys everyone that looks up to him for safety, and me for well, I don’t know.” 

She nodded and buried her hands in her pockets again. “Good, I’ve seen my share of hungry vampires and they usually don’t end up doing to well.” Laughing, Anita started her journey back to the apartment, making note of her next visit to the “Master of St. Louis” with a few words in mind. “Hey, uh. This could’ve been a phone call, you know,” She smiled kindly. 

“We will fix of this. He will learn.” Axel commented as she saluted him. “You know that his marks would be gone if you allowed another to mark you.” he pointed out to her as he stood back up as she started to walk back to her apartment. 

“I can control the hunger, I do not let it take over me as other weak vampires do.” Axel told her before laughing at her comment. “It could have been but I needed to calm down and that is better with someone standing here talking to you than over the phone.”
