@beastlynecromancer:

It wouldn’t be wrong to describe the next set of events as Brent jumping on Axel to the point that he knocked the man over, and then proceeded to embrace him as tight as he can. Not that Axel would get injured by this but certainly it may cause the vampire some alarm. He continued to do so and peppered the other with kisses all over his face. “You do,” he replied, “ you have something of mine here. You. Oh Axel, I remember now! I remember.”

And so, the necromancer explained how his mother blessed him with his memory, along with a seeking charmed stone that continued to burn brightly even though it laid on the floor. It burned red with the most intensity because Brent was the closest to the person he loved more than he ever been that day. The entire time, he was not letting go of Axel, as though he feared the other will be gone again.

“I am so, so sorry for yelling at you and- saying all those things. I can’t believe we’ve almost broken up and fell apart and- I don’t know why it happened but I will make sure it does not happen again. You are my husband and I love you, and I always will.”

As he was knocked over a small confused yelp left him, he  stared at the other still confused when Brent started to kiss his face. As he said he remembered Axel smiled and cupped his face lightly before kissing him, closing his eyes as he felt tears rolling down his cheeks.

“Don’t ever leave me again..” He whispered to him after he had explained everything to him, he picked up the stone and looked at Brent again. “I….I’m glad your mother helped….I couldnt go another day without you..” He said softly, the vampire had been very close to giving up on life, the only thing that had kept him going for all those years after he lost Brent the first time was the fact that he knew Brent would be reborn, but this time it was harder to believe that Brent would remember him.

Axel nodded and gently pulled Brent into his arms. “Its okay…..I love you too and I always will.” He whispered as held the other close.
