Brent blew air through his nearly closed lips, his anger clearly dissipating. “You won’t even let me remain infuriated at you for too long,” he answered as the other pulled his hand, his stomach making flips at the fact that he would get to enjoy being outside again. He felt like doing something for the other, something nice to display his high gratitude.
A wave of nostalgia hit Brent along with the cool air, much cooler than he anticipated so he shivered and edged closer to Axel. Being the cold blooded creature he is, it didn’t do much to make him warmer but at least it trapped his own heat. “It’s winter. When I was young, I looked forward to the first snow of Winter. “
“WHy would I, I do not like you being infuriated at me, it makes me upset.” He told him as they walked out, he smiled as he watched Brent react and the smile that Brent had on his face actually warm his heart a little. It always made him happy to see Brent happy.
“I remember winters from when I was young, it was fun. I used to build snowmen with my sister and we had snowball fights. She would win all the time.” He laughed as he wrapped his arms around Brent and kissed his cheek. “You can come out here everyday, i’ll let my staff know so they do not bother you. If you like I can have them build you a cabin so you would have your own living quarters rather than being in my room all the time.”
