Useless homework, a long nap in the afternoon, and nothing good on television made for one thing: A boring school night. The police investigating a blood-drained corpse near a vampire bar made for one thing: Hunting opportunities. Now, Zoran wasn’t an absolute douche who just needed something to hunt. It just so happened that he had nothing to due with the paper due in a week and that an innocent person was killed, so…why not? The human police had no idea that this specific bar was especially made for vampires, but Zoran did. That would help the investigation, maybe lower the levels of self-loathing in the “I actually served the community today” sense.
So yes. Yes, hunting it is.
Of course, the vampires would know right away what kind of person Zoran was. They’d also know not to try to hurt him, because that would be messing with the law. Messing with the law meant a pretty ugly beheading, no questions asked. Too bad Zoran was a law-messer himself.
All in black, he went into the bar after checking its location a few times on his phone, and heads turned. Eyes stared. Then everyone went back to their business. Zoran knew not to order drinks from here, so he pretended to just sit around and tried to spark a conversation with a stranger or two. Needless to say, he wasn’t the conversationalist, and the discussion died quickly. There was no way he was going to ask properly unless he, well, asked properly. Totally a good idea. What would make your night more than someone coming up to you to ask, “Hey, someone’d been murdered lately. Was it you, by any chance?”
Yeah, no.
Axel was actually out for once, visiting a bar that was known for having vampires only, unless the humans were food which is why it was strange when Zoran walked in, all heads turned to look at him but figured that he must be here as a meal for someone and not jsut here looking for trouble.
Axel moved over to the young human and looked him up and down. “I would suggest that if you are not here as a meal you leave before someone else figures out why you are here.” Axel warned him.
