Axel sighed as he sat at the table surrounded by other royals, this was the sort of dinner he hated as there was generally on one else his age and as the prince of Sweden he had no choice to attend as it would have been rude if he didn’t. As his father continued to talk with the other men around the table he smiled and stood up politely excusing himself from the table.
The young prince smiled as he walked out of the room glad to be free from hearing them talk about who they wanted to set their sons and daughters up with. He headed out to the small balcony that was off the dinning room, opening the doors before stopping. “Sorry Miss, I did not know that someone was already out here.” He said with a small bow once he saw the woman.
Addy nodded her head and smiled at him, as she agreed to stay for a bit longer. Air had been what she had come outside for and that was what she was going to get. “Thanks,” She whispered. “There are so many people here tonight. I’ve had a few that were wanting me to meet their sons, but not as many wanting you to meet their daughters, I’m sure of it.”
Making her way over to the railing, Addy placed both hands on the top before taking a deep breath. “It’s so beautiful out here, so many stars.”
“Oh yeah,t hey want their daughters to have a prince for a husband so that they will be rich and happy….I hate it, I would rather just meet someone on my own and get to know them rather than have them forced to meet me. I am sure you have had a lot come and see you, you are quite pretty.” Axel said as he got up and stood next to her looking out as well. “Thats because we are away fromt eh city, so we dont get the light polution like they do..”
